Privacy Policy

Effective 22 July 2026

AuraNote is a fragrance-discovery app. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the control you have over your data. We keep data collection to what the app actually needs — nothing is sold, and there are no advertising trackers.

1Who we are

AuraNote (“we”, “us”) is an independent app available on the web and as an Android app, at auranote.co. For any privacy question, contact amine.ahtitiche@gmail.com.

2What we collect

You can browse the entire fragrance catalogue without an account. We only collect personal data once you sign in or subscribe:

3How we use it

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4Public profiles

Your profile is private by default. If you choose to make it public, your display name, handle, bio, avatar, and saved wardrobe become viewable by anyone with the link. You can switch it back to private at any time from your profile page.

5Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work, each acting on our behalf:

Affiliate links. Some fragrance pages link to third-party retailers (e.g. Amazon). If you follow one, you leave AuraNote and are subject to that retailer’s own privacy policy; we may earn a small commission on a resulting purchase. We don’t share your personal data with those retailers.

6Data retention & your choices

7Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to your account data is protected by row-level security so that only you — and, for a public profile, viewers of the parts you’ve chosen to publish — can read it.

8Children

AuraNote is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
